Decca Paving Inc. is a residential, commercial, and highway paving contractor. Decca Paving Inc. was established in 2001 and incorporated in 2002. We concentrated on the residential market during our first 5-7 years in business while progressing into the commercial market. In recent years Decca Paving has grown into a highway paving contractor that is utilized by Heavy Highway contractors in the Rochester, Buffalo, and Syracuse areas. While providing commercial and highway paving services, we enjoy providing residential paving services to our customers that were imperative to the establishment of Decca Paving Inc.
