Decca Paving leveled the Existing bridge deck prior Crane-Hogan Structural Systems installing a waterproofing membrane over the deck to ensure proper drainage. After the membrane was installed, Decca Paving pave the bridged with 9.5 mm asphalt. The project owner is NYSDOT
