Decca Paving was incorporated in 2002 to provide quality residential and commercial paving in Rochester, NY and surrounding areas. With our friendly service and expertise, we have grown considerably over the years. We have since expanded our business into a trucking and milling division.
In 2007, Decca Paving, Inc. became NYS Certified as a DBE Contractor. We recognized the need New York State municipalities had for minority-owned businesses who could perform and provide quality service on heavy highway contracts.
Our customers enjoy doing business with Decca Paving, which has led to a large amount of repeat business. Our growth has exceeded our expectations and we wish to show gratitude to our customers, whether they are a driveway or parking lot clients, or the heavy highway contractors we do extensive paving and milling work for.
